At the start of the episode, we see a reflection of water on a black screen. The episode then cuts to the end of Revealed Progress where V-1 (Verum 1) went supercritical when a cleaner broke his femur while cleaning the chamber. The episode then shows a guard showing the way to the exit before the video cuts off.
